1、土木工程、橋涵、橋隧、道橋等橋梁設計相關專業全日制本科以上學歷；
2、3年以上橋梁設計經驗，有一定的設計水平和設計經驗，能獨立進行常規橋型及大、中跨徑橋梁設計工作；
3、熟練掌握設計相關計算和繪圖軟件，如AUTOCAD、橋梁博士、邁達斯等軟件，熟悉橋梁工程設計規范，并能準確進行橋梁各部分的計算；
4、溝通能力強，心理健康，工作勤懇踏實，責任心強，誠信可靠，能按公司安排按時完成業務；
5、有嚴謹的質量把控能力；熟悉國家、地方及行業現行的標準、規范、法規和最新技術發展動態；
6、具有扎實的計算、復核能力，親自主持或者負責過大中小型橋梁設計，綜合能力強者優先聘任。7、工作地點為雄安新區，根據工作需要有短暫的出差。
